Turning Challenges into Opportunities in Finance & Inclusion

About Me
I am a finance professional, researcher, and advocate for inclusion — combining expertise in economics, management, and digital innovation with lived experience of disability.
I create solutions that connect finance, policy, and technology with social impact.
What defines my path is perseverance. Living with a disability, I have transformed challenges into opportunities — from publishing OzNomiczne Życie, Poland’s first financial guide for persons with disabilities, to leading my foundation “Aiming for the Future” (Fundacja Celując w Przyszłość), and serving on European advisory panels. In 2025, I became one of only two people worldwide to win the Lead2030 Challenge, earning recognition as an AstraZeneca Young Health Programme Impact Fellow. My mission is simple: to connect business, policy, and society in ways that create lasting change.
What I Do
I combine finance, policy, and advocacy to create solutions that drive real social impact. My work spans research, leadership, and education, all with a focus on building a more inclusive future.

Research & Policy
I analyze financial and social systems, contributing to reports and projects that influence better decision-making at national and European levels.
Advocacy & Inclusion
Through my foundation “Aiming for the Future” (Fundacja Celując w Przyszłość), I create initiatives that strengthen financial literacy, education, and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities.
Speaking & Writing
I share ideas as an international speaker and published author — including OzNomiczne Życie, Poland’s first financial guide written for and by a person with a disability.
